Three of our best-selling essential oils to help you unwind and destress. These calming essential oils can help alleviate stress, clear the mind and uplift mood. Great to use individually, blended together, for cleaning products and so much more. Rotate the use of individual oils or be creative and blend them together.

How to use:

Diffuser:Add 6-8 drops of your chosen essential oil to a diffuser. You can also blend two or all three of your Calm & Destress Aroma Trio collection.

Quick fix: A few deep inhalations from the bottle can help when you are at work, in the car or anytime you need a quick break.

Shower:Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.

Bath:Add 2-3 drops of essential oil in a dispersant such as oil, to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.

Topically:Mix 1 drop of chosen essential oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck.

Lavender Essential Oil : For external use only by inhalation. Adults and children 12 years and over. Use as required up to 6 times per day. By inhalation: Add up to 6 drops (0.2 mL) to the water in your mist diffuser or apply 3 drops (0.1 mL) to pillow or tissue and inhale. Store below 30°C.
