At HOLA NANU, we value your loyalty, and we're excited to introduce our new loyalty program. Now, you can earn points every time you shop with us. Our loyalty program is designed to reward you for your continued support, making your shopping experience even more delightful.
How it Works:
Join HOLA NANU: If you haven't already, sign up for a HOLA NANU account to start earning points right away. You’ll receive 10% off your first order.
Shop and Earn: With every purchase you make, you'll accumulate points based on the total amount you spend. The more you shop, the more points you'll earn! You’ll earn one point for every $1 spent.
Redeem Rewards: Once you've collected enough points, you can redeem them for exciting rewards, including discounts on future purchases.
Referral Rewards: Share the HOLA NANU love with your friends and family. When they join and make their first purchase, you'll earn extra points as a token of our appreciation.
Only ONE voucher code can be used per order.
Ways to redeem:
1. Sign up = 100 points
2. Follow on Instagram/Like our Facebook page = 20 points
3. Have a Birthday = 100 points
4. Purchase = every $1 you spend = 1 point
5. Refer a Friend = receive $5 off when your friend joins Hola Nanu’s loyalty Program.
Conditions:
• Minimum purchase of $30 is required to redeem points. Multiple orders on the same day or fraudulent transactions will be cancelled and points won’t be honour.
• Redeemed points will be issued as a discount code that can be used on your next purchase (exclusions apply)
• The discount codes code must be used in a single transaction.
• Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or coupons.
• Points are not available for NDIS Orders or wile using a NSW Voucher.
• Points are not transferable to another person.
• Points are for full priced products; points cannot be used on Sale/Social media Special deals.
• Points cannot not be used/redeemed on Sale items, Workshops & Classes, Hire Services and/or Gift Cards.
• Points cannot be earned on final sale clearance products.
• Points do not expire - this is subject to change without notice, we recommend using your points during the same calendar year.
• Points have no cash value.
