Returns are not available for change of mind so please choose carefully. If you have any doubts please contact Nanu (email@example.com) she will be happy to help you. In the unlikely event that a product is faulty, please contact us within 10 days from the date of initial shipment, with pictures and a description of faulty items. We will happily process the refund/exchange and will confirm this via email.
Refunds for money are not possible. Please note that we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit. Postage fees are responsibility of the customer. We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.
We are very committed in doing our part to look after the environment and we take pride in reusing wrapping material to send you your orders. The packaging might not look beautiful but please be reassured that it’s been packed with love and care for our planet. We suggest you reuse these materials for kids craft time or packing!
